War Story
Granted, I’m not a fan of hunswars, and if you play a 2v2, at least be original enough to take another civ for each team mate! Anyway, the traditional Hunnic showdown can lead to some unexpected surprises too. First we see Cloudy walling up like a maniac, giving Joe a hard time in feudal where he has to fend off 2v1. He succeeds remarkably well but is ofcourse in a very disadvantageous position. Cloudy soon castles and tries to save him with knights but soon both enemies castle too with knights. The problem with knights vs knights is that the attacker can easily pick off villagers while you’re hitting on his knights. And economy is still much more important to kill than military. So while Joe slowly crumbles Cloudy must come with a solution soon. He first attacks his neighbour, since my knowledge of Chinese smurfs is non existent I’ll say he goes for yellow first. With success because he manages to raid his economy to shatters and even brings some town centers down. The expected happens though and red hits imp, in the meanwhile Joe resigned because he was left alone earlier with only some garrisoned town centers to defend from the hordes of knights. Cloudy is still in the castle age and keeps on raiding with his substantial knight force. However, once red shows up, he runs away.
He manages to keep this little game up till he hits imp himself and with some very nice strategical oversight he manages to win the game 1v2, even though both him and red had substantial forces of paladins.
PalaPowa! It almost sounds like a Chinese dish, and just like vengeance, it’s best served hot.
